Extended Access is a service available to registered patients in Sunderland run by local GP's ensuring everyone has easier and more convenient access to GP services including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
To access this service your health records that practice currently holds will be shared electronically with the extended access healthcare professionals, for further information on record sharing please contact the practice.
Opening times for extended access is as follows
Monday to Friday 6.00pm - 8.30pm Weekends 9am-5.30pm Bank Holidays 10am-2pm
